Termite management

Termite inspection & control in Central Luzon & Metro Manila

Termites can damage door frames, cabinets, floors and furniture long before you notice. Book a free inspection and we’ll find where they’re active and recommend the right treatment for your property.

Why check early

Small insects, expensive repairs

Termites (anay) live in large colonies and feed on wood from the inside, so damage often stays hidden until a frame sags or a cabinet crumbles. Colonies can also build up in the soil or in trees near the house and spread into the building.

Catching them early usually means a simpler treatment and far fewer repairs. That’s why every job starts with a free inspection and a clear estimate.

Where termites often cause damage

  • Door jambs and window frames
  • Kitchen cabinets and built-in closets
  • Wooden floors, stairs and ceilings
  • Furniture, shelves and stored books or papers
  • Wooden posts and roofing timber

During your inspection

What we look for

Termites can work inside wood for a long time before anything looks wrong. A professional inspection finds where they are active, how far they have spread and what treatment makes sense for your property. Dealing with them early usually costs much less than repairing damaged wood later.

Signs to watch for

  • Mud tubes on walls, posts, stairs or foundations
  • Door and window frames that feel soft or sound hollow
  • Discarded wings near windows and lights, especially after rain
  • Small piles of powder or soil near wooden furniture
  • Bubbling paint or warped wood
  • Termite activity in trees or stumps close to the house

What we check

  • Door jambs, window frames and cabinets
  • Ceilings, roofing timber and wooden floors
  • Furniture, shelves and stored books or papers
  • The soil and garden around the building

FAQ

Termite questions

Don’t see your question? Call or text us and we’ll be happy to help.

What do termites look like?

Worker termites are small, pale and soft-bodied, and are often mistaken for “white ants”. Winged termites usually appear around lights in the evening, often after rain, and shed their wings soon after.

Can I just spray the termites I see?

Spraying may kill the termites you can see, but the colony is usually hidden in the wood, walls or soil. An inspection helps find where they are active so the treatment reaches the source.

Is the termite inspection free?

Yes. The inspection and estimate are free, and there’s no obligation to go ahead with treatment.

How long does termite treatment take?

It depends on the size of the property, how far the termites have spread and the treatment needed. We’ll tell you the schedule together with your estimate.

Is termite treatment safe for my family and pets?

Safety steps depend on the treatment used. Our team will explain how to prepare and how long people and pets should stay away from treated areas. Please follow those instructions and the product label directions.
